Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide senior executive administrative support to the India Country Head and Asia CHRO with strong ownership and a can-do attitude.
  • •Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, including management of content and information flow to senior leadership.
  • •Manage correspondence, presentations, meeting agendas, emails, and external mailings in partnership with local/global leaders and executive admins.
  • •Accurately record meeting minutes and track related action plans while maintaining professionalism and strict confidentiality.
  • •Coordinate senior leadership travel and stakeholder visits, including logistics such as hotel booking, transportation, and visa formalities, and manage monthly corporate card/cash expenses.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate in any discipline.
  • •Minimum 10+ years’ experience as an executive or administration assistant supporting country heads and/or CXO-level leaders.
  • •Strong time-management skills to organize and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • •Excellent communication skills with strong writing ability and meticulous attention to detail.
  • •Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including drafting correspondence and creating presentations.
