Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement LLM, VLLM, and AI Agents for enterprise business scenarios such as knowledge recommendations, intelligent office services, and AI Copilot.
  • •Develop algorithms and strategies to improve enterprise service satisfaction, efficiency, quality assurance, and cost management.
  • •Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines and algorithm applications for intelligent services and intelligent operation/maintenance.
  • •Partner with product managers, business developers, and business QA on product development projects to increase efficiency and profitability.
  • •Lead a team of algorithm engineers to deliver end-to-end pipelines and algorithmic applications for enterprise scenarios.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, statistics, or a related field with 5 years of experience in algorithm research or development.
  • •At least 1 year of experience in team management.
  • •Knowledge of deep learning algorithms across recommendation systems, advertising systems, natural language processing, and/or computer vision.
  • •Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, Python, or Go.
  • •Familiarity with mainstream frameworks including PyTorch, TensorFlow, or PaddlePaddle.
