Customer Service Representative (Float)

Maintain and grow customer relationships by opening consumer and business deposit accounts to meet branch goals. Provide teller support as needed, assess customer needs, and cross-sell appropriate products and services. Resolve customer concerns, handle inquiries on products, rates, and services, and follow up on referrals. Comply with regulations and complete BSA/AML and other compliance training, while safeguarding bank assets and supporting branch performance through a floating schedule across locations.
