Key Responsibilities

•Lead AI Transformation & Organizational Intelligence by building and maintaining the internal knowledge management infrastructure that makes AI agents effective and contextually useful across Maven.
•Spearhead AI adoption across all teams by creating an AI-native path that reduces friction and integrates with cross-functional workflows.
•Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to design systems and workflows that keep data legible, actionable, and connected to real-time decisions.
•Identify high-leverage opportunities for AI to improve speed, quality, and efficiency across clinical operations, sales, product, and member experience, and scale them with functional leads.
•Build organizational structures and governance that support AI-driven decision making and culture, replacing coordination layers with intelligent processes.
