Create a warm, welcoming VIP experience for guests at HISTORY Ottawa, Live Nation Entertainment’s new Canadian venue. You’ll learn guest needs, recommend premium spaces, and support nightly sales and execution of VIP areas. Maintain strong venue knowledge for event nights, lead guests through the venue, and assist with event-day premium operations including guestlist/registration, VIP experiences, vendor coordination, and meet-and-greets.

Key Responsibilities

•Create a warm, inviting environment for all guests.
•Understand guest needs and recommend spaces throughout the venue to enhance their experience.
•Assist in the nightly sales and execution of VIP spaces.
•Use extensive knowledge of venue and event-night details to maximize guest experience.
•Support event-day premium operations including guestlist/registration, VIP experiences, vendor handling, talent, and meet-and-greets.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 20 hourly

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment, with VIP hospitality or concierge experience as a strong asset.
•A previous sales background in a retail or hospitality environment is strongly preferred.
•Experience using a reservation system; familiarity with SevenRooms is a strong asset.
•Strong customer service and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle competing priorities calmly.
•Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
