Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Create a warm and inviting environment for all guests and recommend spaces to enhance their experience.
  • •Assist with the nightly sales and execution of VIP spaces.
  • •Use extensive venue and event-night knowledge to ensure guests’ experiences are maximized.
  • •Support premium event-day operations including guestlist and registration, VIP experiences, vendors, talent, and meet-and-greets.
  • •Use table management systems accurately and help with opening/closing tasks as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 20 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment, with VIP hospitality or concierge experience as a strong asset.
  • •Previous sales background in retail or hospitality is strongly preferred.
  • •Experience using a reservation system; familiarity with SevenRooms is a strong asset.
  • •Ability to lead and direct guests to different areas in a personable, inclusive manner while maximizing the guest experience.
  • •Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
