Job Summary

Drive CRH’s innovation agenda by building and managing strategic alliances across the construction value chain. You’ll identify and prioritize new collaboration opportunities, develop structured partnership programs, and lead the end-to-end lifecycle from outreach and due diligence through negotiation, pilot execution, scaling, and replication. Partner with designers, contractors, owners, technology providers, and industry bodies, and mobilize cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact using KPI-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Build, connect, and manage an ecosystem of external partners across the construction value chain to accelerate CRH’s innovation and solutions agenda.
•Develop and implement a structured alliance program, including vision, engagement model, governance, and performance metrics.
•Identify, evaluate, and prioritize collaboration opportunities aligned to CRH objectives and market needs; craft business cases and partnership theses.
•Lead the end-to-end alliance lifecycle from outreach and due diligence through negotiation, pilot execution, scaling, and replication.
•Serve as primary relationship manager for key partners, convene cross-functional teams, and track/report performance to senior leadership.

Salary: USD 165,000 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated experience managing the full lifecycle of alliances and strategic partnerships, including opportunity identification, due diligence, negotiation, execution, scaling, and KPI tracking.
•Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and emerging trends; able to engage credibly with technical and commercial stakeholders.
•Proven ability to leverage an external industry network to design, implement, and evolve structured partnership programs and ecosystems with measurable business impact.
•Experience managing a program or portfolio of concurrent initiatives by prioritizing, sequencing, and governing multiple partnerships/projects against outcomes, resources, and timelines.
•Skilled relationship management and cross-functional leadership to build trust-based partner relationships and convene internal teams to deliver alliance objectives.
