Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, connect, and manage an ecosystem of external partners across the construction value chain to accelerate CRH’s innovation and solutions agenda.
  • •Develop and implement a structured alliance program, including vision, engagement model, governance, and performance metrics.
  • •Identify, evaluate, and prioritize collaboration opportunities aligned to CRH objectives and market needs; craft business cases and partnership theses.
  • •Lead the end-to-end alliance lifecycle from outreach and due diligence through negotiation, pilot execution, scaling, and replication.
  • •Serve as primary relationship manager for key partners, convene cross-functional teams, and track/report performance to senior leadership.
