Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver scalable, secure endpoint solutions using application packaging, SCCM/MCM administration, OSD, and Intune/Autopilot.
  • •Own the application packaging lifecycle from intake and assessment through packaging, testing, deployment, documentation, and production support.
  • •Lead the offshore application packaging team and the end-to-end packaging workflow, establishing standards, governance, and operational procedures.
  • •Build and support OSD solutions including PXE, boot media, task sequences, imaging, and troubleshoot complex endpoint/application/VDI issues as an L2/L3 escalation point.
  • •Drive patching, vulnerability remediation, endpoint compliance, and Windows 11 lifecycle management using ITIL processes and ServiceNow; provide on-call support for critical deployments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree.
  • •7+ years of experience in application packaging, endpoint engineering, SCCM/MECM administration, OSD, Intune, and Autopilot.
  • •Strong hands-on experience delivering application packaging, vulnerability management, and modern workplace endpoint solutions.
  • •Expertise in advanced PowerShell scripting/automation for packaging and deployment workflow optimization.
  • •Proven experience with SCCM/MCM deployments (applications, collections, task sequences, reporting) and endpoint patching/compliance.
