Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop cabin retrofit solutions from global architecture to detailed technical design.
  • •Create and manage retrofit engineering drawings focused on speed, quality, and cost, including determining required kits.
  • •Define project scope, manage stakeholders and subcontractors, and ensure timely delivery of assigned engineering projects.
  • •Oversee project risk management and support certification planning to achieve airworthiness compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/Aeronautic/Civil/Electrical) plus at least 6 years of engineering experience, or a Master’s degree with at least 4 years of engineering experience.
  • •Direct exposure to project or program engineering methodologies.
  • •Proven ability to create, interpret, and review designs using industry-standard CAD tools (e.g., CATIA).
  • •Authorized to work in the US.
  • •General knowledge of the Service Bulletin production process, including reading and cross-referencing SBs and Bills of Materials (BOM), and understanding customer modification requirements.
