Key Responsibilities

•Implement Premier Acquisition strategies to drive growth and client acquisition.
•Acquire new-to-bank customers via central or self-generated leads while maintaining high standards of service.
•Deliver high quality service to meet customer satisfaction and strengthen relationships with high-value clients.
•Develop strong working relationships with relevant business areas (e.g., WPB, Marketing) to support client needs.
•Provide clear retail sales activities and demonstrate strong presentation and communication skills in client interactions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
•Minimum of one year proven and progressive financial services and/or retail sales experience or equivalent.
•Sound knowledge of deposits, WEM product, mortgage, etc.
•Knowledge of laws/regulations governing banks/finance industry, consumer trends, competitor offerings, economic and foreign currency markets
•Strong presentation and sales skills; Objection handling techniques; Good interpersonal and communication skills; Customer service orientation; Attain professional and regulatory qualifications as required by market
