Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze problems by gathering relevant information, using available means, and deciding on an initial approach before executing and consulting others.
  • •Hand over problems/aspects to 2nd line support and document/package data for problem resolution (e.g., work orders, field service reports, technical reports).
  • •Install ASML equipment at customer locations, including unloading components, inspecting for damage, assembling, aligning, and testing.
  • •Execute upgrade hardware installations and perform system setup/recovery for upgrade packages, following an up-to-date plan and sequence.
  • •Arrange resources based on the customer machine time window, report process improvement opportunities, and train customers on use and routine maintenance; provide coaching to less experienced engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •BSc degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • •Experience as a UIR engineer.
  • •Experience in a technical industry is required; semiconductor industry experience is preferred.
  • •Flexibility to accommodate various work settings, locations, and collaboration with different colleagues.
  • •Experience using computer applications, including data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
