  • •Advise, coach, and influence management on people-related topics including performance, career development, employee relations, and organizational development

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years as an HRBP or in a related HR role, preferably in fast-growing technology companies
  • •Experience advising on performance management, coaching, career pathing, and employee relations
  • •Strong analytical and reporting skills, including HRIS experience (Workday is a bonus)
  • •Ability to work across business functions with first-line and senior leadership
  • •Master’s degree plus strong project management, process design, and detail-oriented problem solving
