  • •Independently lead and manage financial planning, analysis, and reporting for North America.
  • •Own end-to-end sales/profit financial analysis and provide strategic insights to senior leadership.

  • •Drive budgeting and forecasting processes, identifying risks and opportunities and communicating to the CFO and Finance Controller.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance or accounting, with demonstrated leadership and project management responsibilities.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • •Advanced financial analysis, modeling, valuation, and strategic planning capabilities.
  • •Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and manage or mentor team members.
  • •Highly proficient with advanced Excel and PowerPoint, and financial systems such as Oracle, SAP, Hyperion (or similar), plus bilingual Korean and English communication.
