•Independently lead and manage financial planning, analysis, and reporting for North America.
•Own end-to-end sales/profit financial analysis and provide strategic insights to senior leadership.
•Independently manage and optimize channel inventory, WOS, aged inventory, and total inventory levels; develop inventory strategies.
•Drive budgeting and forecasting processes, identifying risks and opportunities and communicating to the CFO and Finance Controller.
•Lead and coordinate cross-functional financial projects, managing timelines and deliverables and serving as liaison for HQ and subsidiary finance teams.

•Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and manage or mentor team members.
•Highly proficient with advanced Excel and PowerPoint, and financial systems such as Oracle, SAP, Hyperion (or similar), plus bilingual Korean and English communication.
