Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage a global enterprise marketing organization, including demand generation, regional marketing (North America, Latin America, EMEA, APAC, Japan), and customer/channel partner marketing.
  • •Design, execute, and scale full-funnel integrated demand generation strategies across multi-channel activation, including digital, SEO/SEM, content syndication, and ABM for strategic accounts.
  • •Partner with global Enterprise Sales leadership to align marketing with sales targets, territories, and go-to-market priorities, focusing on pipeline quality and stage-to-stage velocity.
  • •Build a post-sale customer marketing engine with Customer Success/Account Management to drive engagement, platform adoption, cross-sell/upsell, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and LTV.
  • •Develop and execute partner co-marketing initiatives and customer advocacy programs, and measure performance via KPIs with regular senior leadership reporting (MBR/QBRs).

Salary: USD 300,000 - 350,000 annually

  • •15+ years of enterprise SaaS marketing experience in a fast-growth environment.
  • •10+ years building and orchestrating global marketing strategies for a business unit in a matrixed environment.
  • •7+ years of experience managing managers of managers and teams of 30+ team members.
  • •Strong analytical skills to leverage data for business cases and decisions.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills, including executive presence and engagement.
