Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues using data from many equipment makes/models.
  • •Maintain safe job practices while repairing and maintaining complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems using independent judgment.
  • •Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) on a daily basis.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts; maintain the service vehicle in a clean and professional manner.
  • •When required, travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance of rental or customer-owned equipment and assist in training lower-level technicians as needed.
