Job Summary

Own the end-to-end product strategy for workforce management capabilities within CorpOS, including timekeeping and related systems. Define and execute a 12–18 month roadmap through discovery with employees and cross-functional stakeholders across People, Finance, Legal, Manufacturing, and IT. Translate complex labor, union, and government contracting compliance requirements into usable product experiences, partnering with engineering on requirements, stories, and acceptance criteria while monitoring adoption, performance, and data quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end product strategy for workforce management solutions, including timekeeping, balancing innovation with practical implementation.
•Define and execute a 12–18 month product roadmap through continuous stakeholder engagement and prioritization.
•Serve as primary product owner by conducting discovery with employees, managers, and cross-functional partners across People, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
•Translate compliance requirements (labor laws, union agreements, government contracting regulations) into user-friendly interfaces and partner with engineering on requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
•Monitor system performance, user adoption, and data quality; create documentation/training/change management materials to drive adoption and ensure audit readiness.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 annually

•Experience implementing business systems at high-growth companies (5,000 to 20,000+ employees).
•Strong data analysis skills and comfort using analytics tools, including AI-powered analytics and design tools.
