Key Responsibilities

  • •Install and qualify wet process equipment in new cleanroom facilities.
  • •Monitor wet process equipment performance, including data analysis, preventative/corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation.
  • •Collaborate with process engineers to identify and resolve equipment-related production issues.
  • •Use project management to complete milestones and close hardware gaps tied to equipment deficiencies.
  • •Develop and implement Total Productive Maintenance strategies and establish vendor relationships to maintain equipment metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of industry experience working as an Equipment Owner with wet process equipment.
  • •BS or MS in an engineering field (or equivalent military experience), or AAS with 5+ years of industry experience.
  • •Good understanding of Agentic AI or willingness to learn it to develop efficient workflows.
  • •Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment.
  • •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach, plus strong collaboration and communication.
