Senior Implementation Consultant

Own customer implementation delivery for Clio’s highest-value customers within the Customer Success team. Coordinate with partner networks and internal groups to create and execute project plans, manage risks, and handle scope/schedule/cost changes. Provide training, enable adoption through change management, and communicate status to stakeholders and executives. Serve as a trusted advisor to launch Clio successfully for new customers and continuously improve implementation services based on feedback and sales performance.
