Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and maintain the master utility and facility sheet, managing inputs from stakeholders, challenging requirements, and ensuring accuracy and alignment with site needs.
  • •Develop and manage the master site plan, forecasting many years ahead to proactively address growth requirements and infrastructure demands.
  • •Drive high-level land planning and usage strategies to optimize campus expansion and efficiency.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with local government officials, landowners, and key stakeholders to identify and secure partnerships as needed.
  • •Lead and project manage utility expansions over time, from planning through implementation, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Urban Planning.
  • •5+ years of experience in site planning, facilities management, or infrastructure project management.
