Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with senior leadership to develop and run initiatives, including establishing OKRs and supervising key metrics.
  • •Support day-to-day operations by facilitating prioritization and preparing materials for external and internal meetings.
  • •Run leadership and organization-wide planning rhythms, including weekly leadership meetings, monthly All-Hands, and business performance reviews.
  • •Evolve operations for a global organization by establishing standard methodologies, optimizing processes, and improving team synchronicity and efficiency.
  • •Own the Agile Framework and foundational Scrum processes to drive continuous improvement, data-driven delivery, cost effectiveness, change processes, and customer service outcomes.

Salary: USD 124,900 - 253,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in strategic operational roles partnering directly with senior leaders.
  • •BA or BS in a related field; MBA or management consulting experience is a plus.
  • •Proven ability to program manage complex operations and proactively design, implement, and lead change initiatives.
  • •Experience with Program and Project Management, Agile Framework, and SCRUM Delivery.
  • •Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to advise and influence senior partners across the organization.
