•Directly advise clients on organizational strategy to solve problems and transform operations, identifying improvements with the consulting team.
•Supervise activities of a team of Associates and Business Analysts and prepare operations and procedures manuals for management.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
•3 years of experience in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
•Alternate: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 6 years of experience in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
•Experience leading cross-functional projects/teams.
•Experience conducting extensive primary and secondary research and driving client strategic decisions (e.g., cost structure, operational improvement, organizational restructuring).
