Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide bell service, including greeting guests, assisting with luggage to/from guest rooms, and handling luggage properly.
  • •Ensure prompt, courteous, and accurate delivery and collection of luggage, parcels, or mail, including correct and secure storage procedures.
  • •Handle guest arrivals and departures per resort standards and provide door assistance.
  • •Provide transportation locally and to/from the airport as needed, including valeting cars with securely stored keys.
  • •Assist guests with directions and resort information, respond quickly to guest needs, and support security monitoring for suspicious activity.
