Key Responsibilities

•Improve search quality and user experience by optimizing query analysis and text relevance matching and building multi-modal matching for e-commerce video content.
•Design and implement end-to-end ranking systems, including recall, first-stage ranking, final-stage ranking, and mixed rows.
•Improve personalized shopping interests modeling and increase conversion efficiency across merchandise, video, and live stream to drive GMV growth.
•Contribute to ecosystem development by solving supply-demand matching, business cold start, and long-term sustainable growth challenges.
•Work with team members to apply statistics, scripting, and programming languages and collaborate with deployed model platforms.

Key Requirements

•Final-year graduate in Computer Science, engineering, or a quantitative field.
•Excellent coding skills with solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
•Strong analysis, modeling, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify the essence of issues from complex data.
•Industry work experience in machine learning and good product sense focused on user experience.
