Senior Proposal Manager (R5381)

Lead end-to-end proposal efforts for domestic and international software opportunities, serving as the primary cross-functional owner from kickoff through stakeholder and leadership reviews. Manage competing priorities across proposal management, technical content creation, and process improvement, ensuring compliant, high-quality submissions. Develop compliance matrices for solicitation requirements, maintain strict configuration management, author RFIs/abstracts/quad charts, and partner with BD, marketing, engineering, and product teams to support deal growth.
