Key Responsibilities

•Engage with customers to understand business requirements and design tailored IT solutions that align with technical capabilities and business objectives.
•Lead product demonstrations, answer client questions, and highlight key features to increase client confidence and buy-in.
•Conduct technical evaluations, validate solution feasibility, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
•Develop technical documentation, specifications, and pricing models for proposals.
•Educate clients on technical aspects of solutions and integration with existing infrastructure.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in technical solution development and pre-sales support.
•Experience in IT infrastructure, networking, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
•Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Strong analytical and organizational skills for technical solution development and opportunity qualification.
•Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
