Key Responsibilities

  • ā€¢Independently lead technical discovery and solution design for customer workloads spanning Data Engineering, Analytics, Machine Learning, and GenAI Engineering.
  • ā€¢Build and deliver proofs-of-concept and live demos on the Databricks Platform to drive technical wins.
  • ā€¢Own frontline technical relationships with customer engineers, data teams, and technical leads.
  • ā€¢Develop account-level technical strategies with the Account Executive to grow platform consumption.
  • ā€¢Contribute reusable technical assets (notebooks, solution accelerators, reference architectures) to the SA community.

Key Requirements

  • ā€¢3+ years minimum industry experience in data engineering, solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, or hands-on consulting.
  • ā€¢Proficient in Python and SQL with demonstrated ability to debug, optimise, and write production-quality code.
  • ā€¢Hands-on experience designing and implementing data solutions on at least one public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • ā€¢Working knowledge of distributed data systems such as Apache Sparkā„¢ and Delta Lake (or equivalent).
  • ā€¢Experience leading technical customer conversations (discovery, whiteboarding, architecture reviews) and strong presentation/demo skills.
