Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and optimize inventory levels for assigned products, business lines, or shipping locations to support internal/external customer needs.
  • •Ensure accurate inventory visibility (available inventory, inventory in transit, third-party storage, and special-agreement inventory) with proper follow-up in SAP and related tools.
  • •Coordinate product movements for assigned locations and product lines (inbound, outbound, and transfers when applicable) and communicate availability impacts and alternatives.
  • •Coordinate annual physical inventories, including preparation, location validation, follow-up, evidence documentation, variance reconciliation, and closure actions.
  • •Support inventory accounting and internal control compliance, including accurate master data and participation in inventory-related process improvement and tool enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Finance, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • •Experience in inventory planning, inventory management, and inventory analysis within supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, manufacturing, or operations.
  • •Proficiency using SAP, Microsoft Excel, and analytical tools for planning and inventory visibility.
  • •Ability to coordinate with logistics service providers and internal teams (Manufacturing, Planning, Finance, and regional stakeholders).
  • •Intermediate to advanced English proficiency to communicate with regional teams, business areas, suppliers, and global contacts.
