Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively shape HR BU/function strategies and priorities aligned to business strategy and evolving needs to build the right culture.
  • •Diagnose organizational/talent needs and deliver interventions that optimize business performance against strategy goals.
  • •Conduct organizational and talent assessments; develop talent strategy and workforce capability (selection, assessment, development, succession).
  • •Design and implement change management, communication, and engagement strategies within the BU/function.
  • •Partner with executive leadership and management to coach and develop leaders, leveraging COE and HR Ops to deliver HR initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of HR experience with significant strategic HR Partner leadership responsibilities in a complex, matrixed enterprise.
  • •Lead organization design and development, including building 3–5 year talent strategies and roadmaps.
  • •Analyze complex data sets using HR tools and systems to enable data-driven decision making.
  • •Proven experience leading high-performing teams of direct and matrix HR employees, ideally including managing experienced HR Partners.
  • •Strong change leadership capability and adaptability to internal/external change; good Business English skills for multinational stakeholders.
