Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate client onboarding, including managing advisor prospect pipeline, preparing paperwork, opening accounts, and establishing ongoing client service communications.
  • •Answer incoming calls and handle client needs as appropriate; advise Financial Advisors of actions taken.
  • •Maintain CRM for advisors, using it to manage mailings, reporting, e-mail tracking, and implement client service models.
  • •Assemble materials for client meetings (paperwork and reports) and develop/coordinate seminars and client events, including content design and PowerPoint presentations.
  • •Complete transactions required to service client accounts and support investment opportunity reviews by notifying advisors to take action.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of prior industry and/or administrative work experience.
  • •Must have Active Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam and Series 7, plus Series 66 or Series 63 and Series 65 licenses (or be willing to study and obtain within 18 months of hire).
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn and navigate Baird’s Private Wealth Management technology platforms.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • •Strong organizational skills to prioritize workflow and support compliance regulations while maintaining client confidentiality.
