Job Summary

Own advanced support and configuration for global People Technology platforms, handling complex HRIS/ATS issues and delivering functional fixes across regional and global scope. Key Responsibilities

•Handle advanced support tickets as an established technical resource, troubleshooting complex or undocumented application bugs and delivering long-term functional fixes.
•Initiate and deliver platform improvement projects globally, streamlining applicant workflows and optimizing learning management paths to reduce manual intervention.
•Monitor technical data pipelines and integration sync health, identifying root causes of data flow exceptions.
•Monitor incoming requests and identify items requiring a major lift, transitioning them to the Jira Software board to protect team capacity.
•Maintain runbooks and update internal wikis with accurate setup parameters, and train, onboard, and mentor L1 technicians on complex system issues.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 805,000 - 1,323,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2–3 years configuring, administering, or providing tier-2 support for global People platforms (Workday, SmartRecruiters, Absorb, or similar enterprise HR tools).
•Troubleshoot system integrations and resolve data sync mapping errors or data flow issues between upstream and downstream applications.
•Strong troubleshooting skills for issues beyond standard vendor documentation steps.
•High proficiency managing work across ticketing and project frameworks (Jira Service Management, Jira Software, Confluence).
•Clear written and verbal communication, able to explain complex application logic to recruitment, talent, and people teams.
