Maintain and repair hatchery equipment and company assets while following safety and Tyson policies. Calibrate hatchers and setters, change and clean spray nozzles, perform temperature checks before eggs are set, and ensure setter buggies, curtains, air lines, and connections are correctly positioned. Execute preventive maintenance, calibrate pumps and chemical dispensing systems, replace motors as needed, and coordinate major repairs with external vendors, including maintaining organized, biosecure work areas.
