Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote safety and awareness by leading/joining meetings and training and reinforcing safety protocols
  • •Maintain strong store presence (75–80% of time on the selling floor) to deter theft and support a safe environment
  • •Collaborate with store leaders and the District Asset Protection Manager to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives
  • •Monitor and investigate losses using CCTV and reporting tools, and respond to incidents with de-escalation
  • •Execute asset protection audits and prepare reports; adhere to all asset protection policies and licensing requirements

Key Requirements
