Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead service delivery for the local Denver metro network and customers, reporting to the Director of Operations.
  • •Manage ongoing operations of the fiber optic plant and attached electronic network elements across multiple equipment types and manufacturers.
  • •Oversee installation, operations, and maintenance of network equipment at company- and customer-operated facilities.
  • •Coordinate across teams to test, activate, insert, and utilize network elements, including provisioning and maintenance workflows.
  • •Manage employees, contractors, and vendors to complete projects, validate reporting accuracy, ensure compliance, and coach direct reports to meet performance objectives.
