Job Summary

Own a portfolio of makeup product development projects for Sephora Collection, coordinating internal teams (Marketing, Formula & Packaging Development, Purchasing/Quality/Regulatory, Supply Chain) and external subcontractors. Build and track launch schedules to deliver on time, on budget, and to required quality/quantity standards. Lead feasibility/risk identification, run project follow-ups, present solutions for at-risk initiatives, and drive continuous improvement of project methods and tools.

•Build and monitor launch schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the required quality and quantity standards.

•Assess project feasibility, identify risks, and define associated action plans.
•Lead and facilitate project follow-up and feasibility meetings; act as interface across stakeholders.
•Present, escalate, and propose solutions for at-risk projects; contribute to continuous improvement of project methods, tools, and processes.

Key Requirements

•Five-year engineering degree (bac+5) or equivalent university qualification.
•More than six years of professional experience in project management within product development.
•Strong knowledge of project methods, processes, and tools, ideally in industrial, cosmetics, or agri-food sectors.
•Dynamic, analytical, and flexible profile.
•Professional English and excellent leadership, team spirit, and communication skills.
