Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and minimize shrink
  • •Investigate and address inventory accuracy issues by collaborating with store leadership to close gaps
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor and ensure product flow and replenishment excellence
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor to support business needs, guest service, and safe, efficient store operations
