Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as technical lead for assigned projects, sharing knowledge and expertise with customers and the team.
  • •Streamline program implementation methodology and assist with implementation documentation/toolsets; interact cross-functionally to share technical knowledge.
  • •Gather required network information, configure and test installed IECG and IBE systems to meet customer requirements, and support customer acceptance.
  • •Implement interfaces between IECG and customers’ RIS/HIS systems and investigate/diagnose complex technical problems during installation until transfer to support.
  • •Complete scheduled project tasks while maintaining industry-level technical competency through continuing education and certifications.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or a related field, or 5+ years performing technical support and HL7 interfacing.
  • •5+ years of experience with an ECG information management system or PACS (Picture Archiving and Communications Systems) system.
  • •Experience with Orion Rhapsody Interface broker, XML, and Virtual Machine (VM) server environments.
  • •Networking infrastructure and server architecture experience is preferred.
  • •Bilingual French and English skills (written and verbal) are required.
