Job Summary

Coordinate daily construction activities for advanced manufacturing projects across multiple trades, ensuring work aligns with schedules, milestones, and project controls. Serve as the primary communication hub between contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and client representatives. Track progress, identify schedule risks, support recovery planning, and lead field issue resolution. Drive EHS compliance, perform site inspections, coordinate inspections/testing/QA, and support punch list and project closeout activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate daily construction activities across multiple disciplines, including civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and process utility works.
•Monitor site progress, track work against approved schedules, and identify potential delays and schedule risks.
•Facilitate communication between contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and client representatives; coordinate issue resolution.
•Support construction planning, sequencing, and logistics, including material deliveries, equipment mobilization, and workforce requirements.
•Promote and enforce Intel EHS standards, conduct site inspections, support incident investigations, coordinate inspections/testing/QA, and assist with punch list and closeout.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3–5 years of construction coordination experience on industrial, mission-critical, data center, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or large-scale manufacturing projects.
•Experience working in semiconductor fabrication facilities (fabs) or cleanroom environments.
•Understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and project controls.
•Knowledge of MEP systems, process utilities, and cleanroom construction.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar scheduling software.
