Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a Senior Architect/Designer on a portfolio of projects, coordinating design across multi-disciplinary architectural and engineering teams.
  • •Ensure governance is followed at bid stage and throughout delivery, maintaining CDM Safety in Design across all design stages.
  • •Responsible for correctness, accuracy, and multi-disciplinary coordination of design documentation, ensuring adherence to Technical Excellence standards.
  • •Present to clients and prospective clients and resolve critical issues through persuasion and negotiation with clients, contractors, and local authority representatives.
  • •Organise own and others' work to achieve deadlines, manage design-to-site interfaces when projects are on site, and support Associate Directors/Directors with operational responsibilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Fully qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist (Chartered or equivalent) with proven experience on large multi-disciplinary design projects, preferably data centres.
  • •Strong technical design capability with a CSA bias, plus design management experience overseeing production of design information to required quality standards.
  • •Proficiency in team management and use of CAD, including working knowledge of Revit (including 3D modelling in Revit).
  • •Experience using Common Data Environments (CDE) such as Forma ACC, ProjectWise, or Autodesk Docs.
  • •Eligibility to work in the UK and strong English communication skills for presenting in speech, drawings, and reports.
