Job Summary

Drive presales success for BMC by creating and evolving customer-facing collaterals, templates, white papers, and multimedia deliverables in coordination with Value and Solution Engineers. Manage key SIGMA projects using project management principles, coordinate stakeholders, and scale reusable knowledge assets. Perform technology, industry, and value-based research to strengthen customer messaging, and apply hands-on AI and generative tools to automate presales workflows and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and evolve customer-facing collaterals, standard templates and toolsets, white papers, and video deliverables in MS PowerPoint/Word.
•Engage with and support Value and Solution Engineers on customer opportunities and deliverables.
•Create and update deliverable templates based on the customer engagement journey phase and market/industry scenario.
•Manage key SIGMA group projects using project management principles and coordinate stakeholders for execution.
•Conduct research and develop presales knowledge management content, while applying AI/generative tools to automate workflows and improve team productivity.

Salary: 2,130,750 - 3,551,250

Key Requirements

•8+ years of presales or equivalent customer-facing experience in a global IT organization.
•In-depth understanding of how sales and presales organizations in technology companies work and how to collaborate with teams that provide and consume deliverables.
•Knowledge of project management principles and best practices.
•Prior experience managing projects and internal tools for sales and presales groups with coordination across stakeholders.
•Proficiency with MS Office and strong presentation and communication skills (written & verbal).
