Job Summary

Plan production capacity and manage inventory to meet master scheduling and fill-rate objectives. Oversee stock transport order (STO) lifecycles, optimize inventory levels at manufacturing facilities and distribution centers, and support initiatives to reduce inventory alerts and distress sales. Make strategic sourcing decisions balancing internal and external raw materials, coordinate supplier deliveries, and execute freeze/thaw strategies. Partner across the network to resolve shortage issues and improve supply chain efficiency.

•Ensure master scheduling, product replenishment, and inventory management metrics are met; identify action items and follow up to drive efficiency.
•Own and manage the stock transport order (STO) lifecycle from creation to closure, ensuring seamless execution.
•Optimize inventory levels at distribution centers and plants through stocking policies, seasonal builds, and coordinated storage strategies.
•Execute strategic sourcing decisions and coordinate with internal and external suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and sufficient quantities.
•Lead capacity planning model enforcement for assigned product categories and collaborate with upstream and downstream partners to resolve shortage issues.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field plus 2+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, operations, planning, and inventory control (or equivalent combination).
•Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

•Excellent written and verbal communication, plus strong project management skills.
•Strong organizational skills with high accuracy and attention to detail, including ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
