Job Summary

Perform non-standard aircraft electrical rework for Airbus X-Plant Manufacturing in Mobile, Alabama. You’ll carry out wiring and harness changes, bonding, crimping/pinning/splicing, component/equipment swaps, and troubleshooting while executing self and delegated inspections. Work autonomously with engineering support, document tasks per Airbus procedures, follow OSHA safety/environmental requirements, and use specialized tools and lifting equipment to prepare and complete complex repair plans.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform non-standard electrical system rework including wire, harness, bonding, crimping/pinning, splicing, system exchanges, and component/equipment changes
•Conduct self inspections and delegated inspections per qualification profile, inspection planning, and work order requirements
•Coordinate with FAL functions to access aircraft safely and isolate limited systems as needed
•Collaborate with engineering support to review work orders/drawings/instructions and define rework or repair solutions
•Use standard/specialized hand tools, power equipment, measuring devices, and test equipment to execute complex rework/repairs while following OSHA safety/environmental regulations
