Job Summary

•Answer customer inquiries face to face, over the phone, and via email, ensuring calls and member requests meet company standards.
•Maintain a thorough knowledge of departments, hospital network, products, and services to provide accurate provider and general query information.
•Handle customer complaints competently and support resolution to the customers’, hospitals’, and company expectations with minimal escalation.
•Ensure providers’ compliance with agreed service standards and support hospital staff with coaching and training on Bupa services.
