Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor yield, manage excursions, and drive yield stabilization during HBM NPI builds from first silicon through early HVM ramp.
  • •Account for yield loss across post wafer finishing, assembly, and test using defect breakdown and Physical Failure Analysis (PFA) submissions to understand fail modes.
  • •Analyze yield deviation issues and trigger actions with PI, Process Engineering (PE), and Real Time Defect Analysis (RDA), including block run and partial conversion build yield analysis.
  • •Support shift-left monitoring by partnering with the Process Control Systems (PCS) team to apply SPC or Fault Detection & Classification (FDC) charts into Yield Loss Ratio (YLR) dashboards.
  • •Use AI-assisted tools and share continuous improvement enhancements within scope, including brainstorming improvement opportunities and utilizing Auto-diagnostics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or related discipline.
