Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive sustainable account growth for the DOD Army Team through strategic direction, positioning, and account plan development.
  • •Develop and maintain pipeline and opportunity targets, negotiate goals with business line leaders, and flow down targets to engagement teams.
  • •Provide monthly account performance visibility, including bookings and pipeline alignment with projections and situational reporting.
  • •Lead pursuit support by reviewing and updating the SF pipeline, ensuring capture plans, and assisting with teaming and major negotiations.
  • •Lead key client relationships and engagements, manage cross-team coordination, and maintain compliance awareness (including FAR) and CPAR/rebuttal review.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering or related disciplines aligned with AECOM’s Business Lines.
  • •15+ years of experience working with US Federal government agencies on Architect-Engineering programs, including 6+ years in a leadership role.
  • •In-depth knowledge of consultative selling approaches and expert negotiation skills.
  • •Expertise in project management for complex, multi-country, multi-business unit deals.
  • •US citizenship is required.
