Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style and service standards
  • •Build lasting client relationships using personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • •Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while executing personal sales plans and KPIs
  • •Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
  • •Support daily store operations and inventory cycles, including cash wrap, replenishment, merchandising, transaction processing, and maintaining organized sales floor/stockroom

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors
  • •Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS)
  • •Ability to read price/release sheets and use a walkie-talkie
  • •Strong English proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • •Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including live-stream shopping/video demos and clienteling/data acquisition (preferred)
