Job Summary

Shape and deliver the people strategy for the full US CIB portfolio, partnering with CIB and HCIB People stakeholders to foster an inclusive, high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities

•Own and execute the CIB People Plan aligned to business strategy and People governance priorities across the full CIB portfolio.
•Partner with CIB senior leaders to drive an engaged, optimised workforce and embed a high-performance culture through performance management.
•Proactively embed talent management across CIB, including succession planning, talent pipelining, and retention/development interventions.
•Lead workforce productivity initiatives, including future-state workforce activation and partnering with Finance on FTE outcomes and workforce efficiencies.
•Lead implementation and oversight of People policy/governance frameworks and manage people risk, including remediation of top and emerging risk themes.
