Lead end-to-end cost management commissions for medium to large, complex construction projects, acting as the day-to-day client interface across the full lifecycle. Own feasibility studies, cost planning, procurement strategies, tender documentation, and support tendering through contract award. Deliver robust post-contract cost control including valuations, change management, and reporting, while mentoring cost management team members and contributing to business development via client engagement and bid support.
