Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute finished goods supply plans aligned with demand forecasts and business objectives.
  • •Manage inventory levels and safety stock to prevent shortages and excess stock.
  • •Coordinate production schedules with manufacturing and co-packing partners to ensure product availability.
  • •Lead and develop the Finished Goods Supply Planning team (up to 3 direct reports) and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • •Participate in S&OP, monitor supply planning KPIs, and drive process improvement and automation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably Finished Goods Planning, Supply Planning, or Operations.
  • •Experience managing teams and leading cross-functional projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, and production planning.
  • •Experience with ERP and supply planning systems (SAP, Kinaxis, OMP or similar), plus advanced Excel skills.
