Key Responsibilities

  • •Improve operational processes and support implementation of AI-based solutions within Microsoft 365.
  • •Analyze manufacturing processes, identify improvement opportunities, develop AI-enabled tools, and validate implementations on the shop floor.
  • •Optimize operational efficiency using integrated solutions developed with Microsoft 365 and AI tools.
  • •Support manufacturing operations for energy-sector components (e.g., compressor casings and gas turbine components) to improve process efficiency, quality, and digitalization.
  • •Work cross-functionally with Manufacturing Engineering, Operators, HSE, Facility & Maintenance, and Quality to deliver process improvements while following HS&E standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 600 - 1,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Be currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
  • •Experience or interest in energy-sector manufacturing, machining, and fabrication processes, and using digital tools to improve operational efficiency.
  • •Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly machining and fabrication; knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, data analysis, and digital tools is advantageous.
  • •Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, curiosity, and a willingness to learn manufacturing processes; comfortable working in both office and shop-floor settings.
  • •Be fluent in oral and written English, and be able to legally work in the country without company sponsorship or time restriction.
