Build and elevate an ABM practice across Elastic as a player-coach leader. •Own and maintain the ABM knowledge hub and be responsible for ABM tooling and the tech stack’s adoption and configuration.
•Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ABM managers, ensuring everyday execution quality and performance.
•Drive ABM metrics and measurement—account engagement, pipeline influence/originated, buying group expansion, deal velocity, and revenue contribution.

•Experience translating ABM strategy into business outcomes for senior stakeholders (CMOs, CROs, sales leaders).
