Job Summary

Support Global Distribution Finance by driving monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities for LSE and monitoring closing results across SAMEA and Greater China. Own monthly actual reporting, ops volume, and KPI consolidation, and update the Monthly Global D&L Report. Manage quarterly forecast updates (AFP) including post-forecast analysis, partner with stakeholders on variance analysis and targets, and ensure compliance with financial guidelines and regulations.

•Handle monthly closing activities, ensure accurate cost accruals, and perform actual vs. forecast/plan variance analysis.
•Own monthly actual reporting, ops volume, and KPI consolidation for LSE, SAMEA, and Greater China.
•Prepare quarterly/year-end reporting including quarter-specific reviews, and manage quarterly forecast updates (AFP) with post-forecast analysis.
•Update the Monthly Global D&L Report, support D&L projects, and contribute ad hoc analysis to support business decisions while ensuring compliance with financial guidelines and policies.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in controlling FP&A and business analysis.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (economic, business administration, accounting, or financial orientation) or equivalent professional experience.
•Demonstrated proficiency in financial reporting and analysis, forecasting, and budget management.
•Strong ability to analyze complex issues and identify interconnections.
•Strong MS Office and Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI/PowerPivot and experience with Hyperion Essbase and ERP (SAP a plus).
